Ukukhula People (PTY) Ltd (Upeople) opened its doors in 2006 and is an owner-managed recruitment consultancy that aims to provide a professional recruitment service and to build long-standing relationships with clients that have a commitment to excellence with regard to the staff they hire.
Upeople is in the business of identifying, locating and evaluating candidates who excel from those who are average both in skills and performance. We endeavour to make it our business to know your business to ensure we understand our clients first and foremost.
Thereafter, we make it our bsusiness to source the right candidates who are evaluated in light of the critical criteria of the job specifications in a fair and appropriate manner. Candidates are personally interviewed using in-depth interview techniques to assess skills, knowledge, experience, ability, behaviour and performance.
References are checked thoroughly, and where deemed appropriate by the client, credit and/or criminal checks may be undertaken. Prior to an interview with the client, candidates are comprehensively briefed about the company and the job requirements and are referred to the company website for additional information.
